Care
Care
We use naturally grained, cowhide leathers for their suppleness and soft touch. Chemical cleaners, oils, aftershaves, creams or sanitisers applied to the leather can compromise its natural astetics and performance. For cleaning we recommend a soft, damp cloth with warm water. The interior of a Daddy & I Dad Bag and Pouch is made from polyester, chosen for its water resistant properties. To clean the inside we recommend a soft damp cloth with warm water.

Returns
Returns
- We offer a 30 days returns policy
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment
- Items must be in perfect unused condition
- Items must be returned in original shipping packaging with protective covers and labels where applicable
- Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection, we will proceed with the return
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order
- Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays.
